I went to the store on Las Posas in Camarillo Ca and was double charged and then I went to talk to the manager but nobody there would tell me her name or when she would be there I have never been treated so badly and ignored by the staff

User's recommendation: Get your gas elsewhere and avoid the very poor customer service.

Agent double charged me and wont do anything about it asked for her name and managers name wont give it to me

Card cancelation/non use

Customer of 52 years and I did not use my card in part of 2020 and 2021. Shell canceled my card without notifying me and refused Loyalty does not matter to them to reinstate it. Wonder what they do to their lousy customers.

I am getting a recording saying it's my bank when in fact it is not. Nothing is pending, the transaction is done and it was not 49 dollars for gas. I am looking for my money back, it's not my bank it'
